Roof Restoration Project in Seattle
Seattle, Washington

Project: Roof restoration of a built-up roof system in Seattle, Washington. Work included installation of new vertical base flashings, repair of membrane defects and installation of a polymer modified coating with reflective aggregate. As a service orientated contractor specializing in commercial roofing, waterproofing and sheet metal work – V&R Sheet Metal’s mission is to make raving fans of their clients as well as the consultants and manufacturer’s representatives they work with. V&R Sheet Metal, LLC is a proud member of the Western States Roofing Contractors Association since 2015.
