Description
This course is designed to educate attendees on the five most important contract provisions to have in your contracts for purposes of defending against OSHA citations. Topics will include prime contract and subcontract provisions regarding safety, insurance requirements, injury and illness reporting, back charges for OSHA violations and indemnification. Attendees will also receive and learn about contract forms that can act as evidence of training.
