Priority Points are used to determine the location of an exhibiting company’s booth at the Western Roofing Expo. Priority Points will be accumulated over a three-year period. The convention of 1999 was the introduction of the system. For 2025 we will be accumulating points from the years 2023-2024-2025. This means all areas below will be counted during those three years.

TO SWEETEN THE POT: If your company has the most referrals on the “How did you hear about us?” section of our online registration, WSRCA will award you with a $2950 credit towards the Western Roofing Expo 2026. Second place will receive a $1000 credit towards the WRE 2026.

Priority Points are based on dollars spent in the following areas:

WSRCA Membership

Exhibitors receive 100% credit of dollars spent on membership dues for the past three years. 

Points can also be earned by encouraging your customers to become WSRCA members! Send an email blast to your customers promoting WSRCA Membership and earn 2,500 points (max 5,000). In addition, any contractors that join through your referrals earn you 695 points each.

Exhibit Space

Exhibitors receive 100% credit of nonmember dollars spent on exhibit space for the past three years (Explanation: A WSRCA member would pay the member price but receive credit at a nonmember rate.)

Advertising & Sponsorships

Exhibitors will receive 100% credit of dollars spent on sponsorships for the past three years. Here is a link to find a list of activities which are worth priority points:

Hospitality Parties

Since exhibiting companies contribute to the overall attendance and activities of the convention by hosting hospitality parties, 5000 Priority Points will be given to each exhibiting company having a party at a Caesar's property.

Social Media

If your company invites followers to visit your booth or event at the WRE on your social media account (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), WSRCA will award your company with 1,000 Priority Points per invite sent! *Maximum of 3,000 points (You must send a screen shot to alec@wsrca.com to receive credit).

WSRCA Member Raffle

If your company participates in our WSRCA Member Raffle, you will earn priority points equivalent to the value of the prize you offer.

Mail

If your company mails a hard copy invitation to your customer list to visit your booth or event at the Western Roofing Expo, WSRCA will award your company with 5,000 Priority Points per mailer! (You must mail one to Alec Ward at 356 Digital Dr., Morgan Hill, CA, 95037.) *Maximum of 5,000 points

E-Mail

If your company sends an HTML e-blast to their customer list inviting them to visit your booth or event at the Western Roofing Expo, WSRCA will award your company with 2,500 Priority Points each blast! *Maximum of 5,000 points (You must include alec@wsrca.com to receive credit).

E-Mail Signature

For each person in your company that adds the Western Roofing Expo to their email signature, we will add 100 priority points per month from now until the show. Please send a copy of each person's email to alec@wsrca.com to receive credit.
